A new opportunity has arisen to join our well established Connect Derby Team. Our sole aim is to bring businesses together by providing high quality lettable office accommodation across the City.
Join our team as an Operations Manager, responsible for customer communications, finance and operations across six Connect Derby sites in Derby.
Connect Derby is currently going through changes which will see our property portfolio change for the better, focusing on providing a more efficient and effective service to our customers.

We are looking for an individual that is motivated by change. You will challenge the status que, bringing your team on the journey and driving cultural improvement. The role will be broad, reviewing and improving processes, better utilising/changing systems and building a stronger future for Connect Derby. You will be a natural leader, able to motivate your team and to play a key role as a member of the senior leadership team.
The role will be responsible for managing all Connect Derby Customer Service Advisors and ensuring our buildings are accessible from 8.30am to 4.30pm. This role will sit beside our current Operations Manager, Finance Manager and Lettings Managers to form a strong leadership team with Connect Derby.
