We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join our Business Support Team as a Business Support Assistant. You will be part of the Business Hub which is a fast paced, busy environment that undertakes a wide variety of administrative tasks for a wide range of Council staff across all departments.
The requirement:
You must have:• Recent administrative experience • Sound organisational, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)• Experience of working within a team • Previous experience of handling and dealing with sensitive information• A positive, problem solving attitude• GCSE Grades A-C in Maths and English or equivalent• A relevant IT qualification or good experience of Microsoft packages, and knowledge of using Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
Ideally, you will have experience of working within a busy office environment, be methodical and enjoy working in a demanding environment.
