Have you got what it takes to elevate our member journey to the next level? We are seeking an outgoing, motivated and well organised individual who can inspire new customers to become members whilst actively working to reduce the number of leavers.
You will be sales-focused and target driven, energetic with a can-do attitude. You will be able to deliver a showstopper tour of the facilities, generate new appointments and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback. You will have the ability to create a fun environment for all members, planning and delivering social and community events and working with partners to deliver member educational seminars.
Working closely with the marketing department to inspire our customers with campaigns, offers, and innovative activities. You will be full of ideas to create outreach activity plans and be social media savvy.
Experience in working in a sales and customer focused role within hospitality, leisure or retail would be advantageous.
Working hours are 4-hour shifts over 5 days. Monday to Thursday 4pm to 8pm and a Saturday on a rota basis. Flexibility to adapt hours could be made for the right candidate.
