The successful applicants will be based with a friendly, supportive team with a good blend of recently qualified and experienced Educational Psychologists. The service has been brought together with other low incidence teams in order to provide integrated services for children with disabilities and SEN. Consequently we are looking to develop new services for our clients and new skills in our staff.
The posts will involve providing a broad EP service to a patch of schools and Post 16 statutory work. All schools buy back EP time and these posts have arisen through successful trading and increasing statutory work. There will be some opportunities for collaborative work with colleagues and we offer excellent supervision and induction. You will receive a high level of support and supervision from senior members of the service.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and forward looking and will possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
