We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Complex Needs Team. The aim of this team is to increase tenancy sustainment and reduce evictions.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable people who have a variety of needs which may include mental health issues, domestic abuse, substance misuse, learning disabilities etc. The successful candidate should have an understanding of how these needs can impact on a person's ability to manage a tenancy. They will hold a case load of complex cases, build up a network of relevant agencies and work alongside them to problem solve and find creative solutions which enable people to remain in their homes. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who have experience of supporting people with mental health issues. Please note that any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check.
