The post of Money Adviser is a varied and challenging role working with tenants who need support with maximising income, budgeting and paying their rent. You will work with tenants to provide advice and support with complex and multiple debt problems.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who wants to help vulnerable people. Experience of giving debt advice is essential, as is experience of maintaining case management systems in line with FCA licensing for Debt Advice.
We would be especially interested in applicants who are approved Debt Relief Order intermediaries and are accredited through the Institute of Money Advisers.
