An exciting opportunity to join a small but hard-working IT service support team is available for the right candidate. If you possess excellent customer services, finely tuned technical skills, a thirst to succeed and a hard-working temperament then you could be the perfect candidate for the IT Senior support analyst role within this team.
You will be part of the team who are the front door to the critical IT Service support function operating from the Council House and working as part of the wider Digital services department. As an IT Senior support analyst you will be responsible for providing excellent IT support services to colleagues and stakeholders on the various IT technologies. You will be given the opportunity to support the delivery of the many innovative projects leveraging the latest exciting technologies to challenge yourself and develop. Moreover you will be part of a team who have a real pride in what they do.
