An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and innovative Adult Learning Manager in the Digital Skills Curriculum Area of Derby Adult Learming Service [part of Derby City Council].
A highly flexible and rewarding role, the Adult Learning Manager for Digital Skills will build an extensive and highly relevant digital skills curriculum, working within a highly supportive, collaborative and positive management team as well as wider stakeholders such as employer representatives.

The OpportunityIn the role of Adult Learning Manager – Digital [Growth, Innovation and Performance], here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:• Expanding the course offer in the Digital Skills curriculum area to reach more people in more community spaces across the city, expand the course offer above level two, diversify the offer to include courses that meet current and anticipated digital employment and skills needs of the region • Manage the performance of the curriculum area, ensuring high levels of enrolment, student retention, and pass rates• Manage the delivery of the curriculum, ensuring high quality staff performance and delivery and compliance with course and regulatory requirements
