There will be joint working with colleagues from Derby City Council e.g. Social Workers, the Disabled Facilities Grants Team and our OT colleagues in the adult team, as well as colleagues from the NHS and wider therapy teams and personnel within the housing sector. You will work autonomously, managing your time effectively and prioritising your workload appropriately in response to demands of the service, with support and regular supervision from the Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist.
