Derby City Council’s Derby Jobs Team are recruiting a Business Engagement Manager to broker and develop bespoke support, for employers, to enable them to recruit their talent.
The posts will work collaboratively with employers, providers, the DWP and wider stakeholders, to connect individuals to opportunities and employers to a potential talent pool.
The role will develop and deliver the Derby Jobs calendar of events which includes Derby Jobs live webinars and Derby Jobs recruitment events, such as our annual Diversity In2 Engineering Apprenticeship and Jobs Fair. The role will deliver all aspects of event management and ensure engagement and event success.
Due to the business engagement requirement of the role, we welcome applications from individuals who have a recruitment background. We also appreciate the event management aspect of the role, and welcome application from individuals who have experience working with a range of stakeholders and managing events.
The role is funded by UKSPF and fixed term until 31 March 2025.
