Can you develop effective, practical, cutting edge people management solutions? We are looking for business focussed professionals who can help drive change, efficiency and service improvements.
The HR service is outcome focussed, and you will support managers across the Council to effectively manage their people performance issues. You will also advise managers on all aspects of organisational change to enable them to effectively achieve their service objectives. You'll need to translate your professional experience into pragmatic solutions, to help the Council meet its business needs.
You will have experience of providing HR advice in a unionised environment, on performance management and organisational change, and experience of using HR metrics to identify trends and develop solutions. You will also be CIPD qualified, or equivalent, and be committed to continuing professional development.
