With a background in sales and customer-focused roles, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or retail, you're well-equipped to drive sales growth and reduce member attrition.
Delivering show-stopping tours, generating new appointments and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback with finesse. Plan and execute social and community events that create a buzz, fostering a sense of belonging among our members. You will collaborate with our marketing department to develop innovative campaigns, offers, and activities that captivate our customers, develop outreach activity plans that drive engagement and growth, leveraging your social media skills to amplify our brand.
What You'll Bring
• Proven experience in a sales and customer-focused role, with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, partners, and colleagues• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences• A results-driven approach, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to continuously improve and innovate

Working hours are 4-hour shifts over 5 days on a rolling rota basis including evenings and weekends.
