Are you an experienced employment support professional, having supported young people with disabilities or with significant barriers into employment?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for two individuals to join our Derby Jobs Employment and Skills Team, as Supported Employment Officers, providing one-to-one employment support to young people with LLD/SEND or those with complex background and barriers, such as those Leaving Care or connected to our Youth Offending service.
The role forms part of our Derby Promise to support all young people to achieve their potential, by offering 121 support and access to a range of opportunities to maximise their independence and support them to transition into employment and to sustain their employment.
The role sits within the Derby Jobs Employment and Skills Hub, which aims to provide an inclusive employment support service, connecting people with inclusive opportunities.
