We are looking for an efficient, enthusiastic and highly motivated Administration Clerk to provide front of house administrative support in our busy service.
Our service is responsive to the needs of our Derby customers provide short term support in a rapid response setting, across the City of Derby and in our Assessment bed centre, based from Perth House, Athlone Close, Derby. Our team work together with NHS colleagues to prevent hospital admission and facilitate hospital discharges.

The OpportunityIn the role of Administration Clerk Typist , here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:You will set up and maintain administrative systems, meet and greet reception duties and deal with telephone enquiries from customer families and health and social care professionals.

-Good verbal and written communication skills-General office experience.-Able to provide accurate typing, clerical and administrative support. -Good understanding and working of IT systems-Able to organise, plan and prioritise own workload.-Ability to deal with sensitive situations.
