An exciting challenge to work in developing the Programmer Co-ordinator role and supporting new process and procedures in our integration work with DCHS (Derbyshire Community Health Services)
You will be able to work on a 4 day on/4 day off rota pattern, between the hours of 8am and 7pm, working closely with our Senior Support Leaders and Community Care Workers as part of a multi disciplinary team - being responsible for the planning, allocation of customer visits using a rostering system, and transfer of services for our customers working to specific timelines in our fast paced, pressurised environment.
You must be a good, positive communicator, have good organisational skills and good knowledge/use of different IT systems and applications.
